$40.00 + SHIPPING for one pet. Additional pets can be added to the same slate for an additional $15.00 per pet.
ADDING "WELCOME or NAME" IS AN ADDITIONAL $5.00

Custom slates can be done on the following slate shapes (approximate size):
9x12" tombstone, 10x12" oval, 9x12" rectangle.
